We operate on a 24 hours basis, we do not have multiple branches with many different members of staff. You will always have the personal continuity of Peta and Stephen, who will go through all the arrangements and look after you throughout. You are an extension of our family when in our care.

Your call inside and outside of office hours will always be answered by Peta or Stephen, no call centres, no receptionists, no funeral arrangers, just the funeral directors themselves.
